The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) will this Wednesday decide whether to give serious consideration to the request by Kenya to delay the International Criminal Court (ICC) trials on the 2007/08 postelectoral violence.
It has requested Kenya and the African Union for an informal discussion. The African Union supports Kenya’s case.
On the basis of this meeting, The UNSC will decide whether to formally discuss the request or not...
Most politicians in Kenya are only thinking about this meeting today...
